I havnt recieved mine either?!? Did the email come from groupon or body shop, so I can search my deleated emails, just in case. Thanks

the email came from groupon. A few people seem to be saying the same thing about not having the email, but if you log in to groupon the order should be there with the option to download and print it (if you ordered yesterday - otherwise I suspect you'll have to wait till tomorrow)

I have not had mine either. Its not in my account. It just says it has been ordered but there is no Voucher number or voucher to print off. Do you know if they have an email address?

Were does it say view and print? The part were it says your voucher is blank? sorry feel very thick.

Log in and in the top right corner there's a bit that says my account, from the drop down menu pick orders and it'll bring up the order details. at the bottom right of that there's the option to download and print the pdf. Does that help?

I can't help then I'm afraid! Do you have your confirmation email? I'd get the reference number from that then email them through their 'contact us' and see what they say.
