Southgrange - if they don't pay it then I think you may have a case for discrimination in a tribunal. Other options may open up if you do leave their employment.
I found this on Personnel Today which helps a bit. It does mention variations in contractual rights to bonuses, but I still feel the variation in your contract is discriminatory and potentially illegal. It specifically discriminates against you as a bankrupt employee.

Our OR contacted us to say werent interested in the 5weeks hol pay so we can keep it, We have also just completed a new IPOQ and have been told wont be receiving an IPA, they also advised that they had finished investigating our affairs and we dont need to contact them again unless win the lotto or receive an inheritance before we are dischaged, also said they dont tell you when you are discharged.0

if its an automatic discharge they dont usually inform you no....if your lucky to be discharged early then sometimes they do...either way keep an eye out here
