Hiya all, i have a mortgage with nationwide its in two parts one ends in 5 years the other part in 12 years, overall the total amount is 38k the property is worth about 85-90k i enquired about further lending and was told the most i couldget was a further 50k, i was wondering could i get a mortgage from an0ther company if i needed to, i earn around 34k ayear thanks

£50k plus £38k = £88k. I am surprised they agreed to so much. Bite their arm off, if you need it.
Unlikely another lender will allow over 90% LTV.Act in haste, repent at leisure.

Thanks for that i was looking at another property,could i just not take out a new mortgage with someone else as a new cutomer ie borrow 3-4 times my wages?0
