We have been given notice for the house we are renting and would like to buy a home. We both have a job however we don't have enough saved for a deposit. Does anyone have experience with taking up a mortage with no down payment? Which institutions would you recommend?
Many Thanks

The advice will be to talk to a broker, there's loads around. I visited 3 when looking at mortgages. Didn't cost me anything.Happy chappy0

There are several lenders that offer 100% mortgages. Each with their own lending criteria, whihc will be based upon your own individual circumstances.
Some will charge a HIgher Lending Charge and some will not - be careful to look at fees.
If you can get a 5% deposit it could make a big difference on the rate for you.
