    I've given up on this!

Spent the last hour trying to order sub-£6 (non-sale) items but my bank won't authorise payment. There's definitely no problem with my account, so I can't figure out what's up. Can't get Paypal to work either. Don't know what I'm doing wrong but computer says a big fat NO!

Glad others are managing to get this working well though :)

Found out why I couldn't order anything...my bank had put a block on my card, as a security check. Only discovered this when my card was declined in Sainsburys later on :o

Spent ages on the phone getting the Fraud Detection Unit to unblock my card. It's probably just a coincidence but I noticed someone on the code thread also mentioned this happening to them today.

My bank didn't suggest that there was anything at all wrong or risky with shopping Prezzy Box....I think they just became suspicious because I'd made quite a few online transactions over the last few days which is unusual for me.

Decided to leave this one after all that but thanks anyway OP!!! :)

Do you mean the actual item or how it was packaged? I'll answer both anyway!

Wrapping item is in a small cylindrical tube, about 20cm in length with a 4cm diameter. Comes with about 10 bows and some thin ribbon.

It came packaged in a box, very light (thought there was nothing in it initially). Won't fit through the letter box though. Also had a promo code in there for £5 off your next shop (when you spend £20).

I don't know about prezzybox but I've noticed that lots of online retailers offer incentives for reviews, which might encourage people to be economical with the truth.

L'Occitane recently ran a competition - all you had to do to enter was post a product review on their website (which you could do without even ever purchasing it!) and if your review made it past moderation you'd stand a chance of winning that product. Their website was suddenly flooded with fabulously glowing reviews.

Call me cynical but if you're in with a chance of getting something back for your thoughts, there's a good chance that your thoughts will be positive!
