Leeds - Good pub food

Hi guys

I need to organise a small meet in Leeds on company expenses. With a £20 per head budget, I was thinking of a pub that does decent grub and possibly an offer on mid week ie 2 for 1 on main courses.

Can anyone suggest such a place?

    The White House in Oakwood nr Roundhay Park does lovely food, not sure what deals they have on at the moment, but they do have a website of you want to check it out.

    Last year I ate at the Victoria Family & Commmercial Hotel on Great George Street. Great selection of ales, good food, very popular also very central (right behind Leeds Town Hall).

    The Roundhay Fox (next to Roundhay Park) is a lovely pub.
