The philips one is a hundred times better in terms of build quality and the screen is top notch

Just gave my local stores a call. First one told me they were out of stock and would probably be back in next week, but she didn't seem to sure about this as she said the website would probably have them too.

The second store I called, she seemed as if she knew what I was phoning about before I said it, had a wee laugh and said I'll pass you on to the person who's dealing with this. Chap came on the phone and started with "I'm sorry but there are none left in the country", very pleasant about it but sounded like I was about the 100th today.

Apparently it's now been deleted from the stock list.

Both. It has a small battery in the unit and is rechargable via the mains adaptor.

It also has a small built in memory, not sure of the size though.

Same in West Yorkshire. Seemed all the stores have received a hundred calls about these. One assistant said if there were any left anywhere he would have bought one as they were an excellent price.

I've managed to get the last display model in our local branch but they can't find the box with the power supply. Could somebody let me know what the volt/amp rating of the power supply is please. Is it a normal type of power connector?
