Help needed desperately

I need help please
My husband and i are in debt for about £40,000 we have been on a payment plan with cccs and all has been going well until 4 months ago.
I had a depressive breakdown and sank into that familiar pit of despair I sometimes visit. Needless to say I stopped functioning which of course involved not paying anything.
So we haven't paid any bills for 4 months, cccs sent a letter saying they cant help us as we havent paid and creditors are beginning to contact us again.
My husband helps as much as he can but if im scared that i will get ill again with all the pressure.
What can I do someone please help:(

If the depression is something you have to deal with on a regular basis, maybe your partner should take over ensuring your dmp gets paid? My OH is clinically depressed and struggles to keep on top of bills when he is on a downer, I do it for him. Sometimes a bit of help is needed, there is no shame in it
