i had this e mail earlier to and tried using the code and i kept getting a message saying this code has been used, and yet the price hadn't changed at all. anyone else having problems?

We're extremely sorry that the Prezzybox £5 code was not working. Prezzybox have been working on this all morning and they have just fixed it! As a gesture of good will they have also offered to make it a £6 free voucher code for today only (tomorrow it will go back to a £5 free voucher).

The £6 can also be used against the postage, cheapest i found were long lasting bubbles so item plus delivery came to £1.90

They're being a big naughty. Code can't be used against reduced or sale items, and it seems lots of the stuff has 5 or 10 pence off.
