My CCJ has disappeared from my credit record after 6 years - what does this mean for

I had a CCJ against me in 2004. I'm paying the monthly payments off and it will be all done later this year. However I am having to move house as my landlord is selling. I checked my credit record last night (and the court records) and I can't find it anywhere. Do I need to declare this CCJ before the letting agent does a credit check on me, or will they not see it?
The reason I need to ask is that if my Dad needs to be a guarantor for me, I need to get his checks started ASAP because he's going away for 2 weeks on Sunday!

Thanks for any help - I don't want to do the wrong thing and I don't want to lose the flat.

I'm not an expert but if you look at the thread Understanding your credit report, you will find that after 6 years CCJ's and Black marks like defaults drop of your credit report. You need to check with the other CRA's but if it isn't showing up anymore I wouldn't worry about it.
