I placed 4 orders on Thurs/Fri, 3 were under the £40 free delivery charge because the site kept mucking my basket up and I haven't received any of them either. One order says shipped but no sign of it

Placed one order only. on Thursday afternoon. It's been showing 'inventory fulfilled' for days, and money taken, but nothing so far. Emailed CS this morning and have just had reply saying no problem, order is in warehouse and will be despatched soon. Said was taking up to 10 days to send out, due to sale.

Not happy, just had email saying 2 of my 3 perfumes are not in stock and this order has been saying shipped for 2 days, I ordered these on Thursday.
Ah well you can't win them all, but i am not winning any.

Finally accessed my basket -from last wednesday & it's empty! nothing left in stock so popped to local branch, same small display as last week but they had another section with reduced items, some of which I've seen online in 3 for 1. Picked out Lynx gift set x2 & Dove gift set & asked SA to check prices YIPPEE :j they came up 3 for 1 so got all 3 for £4.99. Definately worth going into branch & SA was very helpful. Will be going back tomorrow !

Update on my missing items is they THINK they are coming in a separate package delivered by royal mail even though 1st part of order was city link! Also 2nd bit of my order coming to home address even though 1st part came to work!

Apparently if its a big order is often split and may not all arrive in one go......thought it was too good to be true
