My money cleared pay pal on Sunday my Thursday order still saying fulfilled they dont seem to be doing them in chronological order maybe it depends where you live I`m not sure I think as long as they come in the end everyone will be pleased, though I know some have had a nightmare with being charged in duplicate and then struggling to get it back luckily mine has been ok. Makes all those hours of cursing the lloyds web site and not getting much sleep all worth while though eh!! My only problem now is finding somewhere to stash it and more importantly remembering where afterwards lol!

Still nothing from Wednesday - although shipped last week. I find it a little odd nobody at Lloyds can tell me how it has been shipped - whether by mail or carrier. You'd think they would have records!

Whilst talking to customer service, I asked what would happen to 3 for 1 price if they were now out of stock of one or two of three ordered. She told me they would charge full price! I said I would be returning most of my order if not everything turned up if that was the case. She knew I wasn't very happy so went and discussed it with someone else and then said the charge would be reduced (one third for one, two thirds for two). I just don't know what to expect now but I think we will need our calculators - especially for any recent orders with all the OOS!

I've just had to send them an email,I placed an order 3 days ago, it took payment but as it said "do not close this window" it crashed, i have had confirmation that the money has come out of my account but when i go back into view my order, they are all still in the basket and no orders showing pending, anyone else had this problem?

I had that problem but the items were gone from my basket after it had crashed. I have an order that says "inventory fulfilled". I think you definitely did the right thing contacting CS with that one, if you have the order number on your payment confirmation, hopefully they can tell you its gone through.

Thanks, didn't even notice the order id on the payment email, just emailed them again with it.

Just to let you know, I ordered some of the mini fragrance sets, and at the same time ordered a shampoo, a conditioner and a tube of toothpaste, (not very exciting I know, but I'm stocked up and trying to be good, but HAD to have 3 for £1.....)

So, the toothpaste was apparently out of stock and they emailed to tell me, and to tell me that they were refunding 35p (which they did nearly immediately to my paypal account).

just received my 1st order and v impressed!
no damaged products all well boxed, beatifully packed inside with bubble wrap around the fragrances (only 3 paul smith and a kate moss yaaaay!!!) 3 mini burberrys in a padded envelope lol
no freebies for me though!!

i ordered early hours wed/thurs couldn't get on to website in daytime

it was delivered to my work address as i wasn't working today just been to pick it up this evening, sorry don't know exactly what time it was delivered, was city link though
