there was no need for her to be so snotty was there. hope you manage to get what you want, keep trying the site, its a bit slow but does eventually get there

afraid Ive no idea.....I got on but its taking about a year to load each new page...but putting anything into my basket is just not happening (only got one thing everything else is taking a year and then says out of stock)
