Good value monitors?

My monitor has just died on me so I am on the lookout for a new one.
It does not need to be the cheapest, just good value. I don't play games or do much graphics work so it does not need to be an all singing or all dancing monitor either. Between 19 and 21 inch screen would suit me fine.
Does anyone have any recommendations? or there any good offers out there? I have not looked into buying one for 7 years now so am a bit out of touch with the LCD scene.
