Does anyone know what the codes are on callcredit??

Hi all I don't know if anyone can help me so I'm trying to be good and check my credit files...as two of them through their faults in their payment systems charged me £12 and sent a late payment letter to me...the charges were refunded and letters sent saying sorry for those letters in error and that it won't affect my rating at all. However I just applied for a loan and was refused. I've cleared a lot of debt in the last month and can afford the payments so was a little confused.

mean there's been nothing unusal and it's been paid on time but the rest I have no idea what they could be and i'd really appreciate anyone letting me know what these mean or anyone who can point me in the right direction as my usal method of googling has failed me this time!! he he !!
