Am setting up my dmp with cccs i have copy of latest payslip and statements of outstanding balanco of credit cards and loans.
I applied for a co-op cashminder account over the phone and after going through application they said it had been referred.... what does this mean ???
i have some slight arrears but no defaults or ccjs ......YET !!!

Do you have any debts with co-op at the moment (or smile?)
Its probably just an issue verifying your identity - which is obviously harder on the phone as they cannot the documents you would usually show in branch.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
