Hi all, I have seen that some people boil their ham shanks first then smother in something lovely an roast. Problem is I've got some chicken to use up tonight but I also need to cook the ham shank. Id usually do it in the slow cooker but would like to eat it whilst hot so would I be able to do the boiling bit today and the roasting bit tomorrow??
Any advice/suggestions would be fab!
