What's interesting is IR's have fallen off a cliff in the last 2 years, yet the graph shows the 2 highest peaks there, imagine what'd it would have been if rates had of been normal.
Ah, but you cant just take these stats out of context. If rates 'had of been normal', then the credit crunch would not have happened, nor the recession so people would not have lost their jobs or had their overtime cut or had their pay frozen.0
