Wardrobe Hanging Space

I wonder if anyone can help? My children share a room and we have limited space available. They have a single built in wardrobe and no space to fit another one in their room. The wardrobe has 1 shelf with a hanging rail underneath. I am looking for an extra hanging rail - I'm sure I have seen in the past a rail that you can hang off the rail already there. That would then give you 2 rails.
I hope this makes sense?!
Thanks
