CSA Payments backdated?

For sure the NRP must tell the CSA if they change jobs. But if the NRP doesn't change jobs and gets a pay increase in their current jobs then the following seems to apply:
1) if the increase results in less than 5% rise in net pay then they don't have to say anything
2) if the increase result in > 5% in net pay then they should inform the CSA, but they don't have to
As you say the key thing that this appears to capture is change of jobs, it seems that it's left to the NRP or PWC to inform the CSA if there is a change of income (up or down).0
