I wouldn't bother ordering from them. I placed an order with them when we had the money off code about a month ago. I sent the item right back as it didn't match the description and i've still not had a refund.

well i had the exact opposite, i placed a order and it didnt arrive, was told to wait the full delivery time and ring back, it didnt arrive so i rang up and they said they would chase it up, i asked to be called back or emailed..... someone called same day and said that it was lost, a replacement was sent, one item out of the order was out of stock and a few days later the item was refunded and the package arrived!

plus got a letter of apology, it seems to have been a courier problem, driver proberbly stole it

phone them !! they are quite helpfull and i had my refund in about 4 days in the form of a cheque ... Bit morally wrong as i cashed the cheque for £16 although i have never been charged for the items, so they have paid me £16 to take the items off there hands !!

Get money where you can and all that ...

I've ordered from them before and they've been very quick, and if there's been a problem, sorted it out asap.
