Creditor not recieved money

Hiya I have just closed my debt plan with Churchwood and switched with cccs because of the fees and have noticed on my credit card statment no payment was recieved in January to my creditor. Any advice what I can do

Hi k_moor,
You should contact Churchill to ask why. Do you know if there was any penalty linked to cancelling your dmp with them?, as this could be part or all of the problem.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

I gave them 3 weeks notice and the rest of my creditors recieved the money, I will get in touch with them in the morning0
