Could the PWC not claim that their signature was forged?
A witness, or a notary would take care of that.
OP - what about a direct deposit into your wife's account - but under REFERENCE marking it as Child support for child X and the date it is covering. That takes care of it quite simply, and means that you can get on with supporting your children. It doesn't have to be difficult - but the above would ensure that the payments are clearly marked for child support.0 -
That might be an option as well. I'm hoping we can sort things out so that the ambiguity is removed.0

she'll have to get fed up with getting £0 before this moves forward.
as long as you stick to your guns and point blank refuse to deal with her till the case is closed, then you'll be fine.
i had all this while my stoooopid ex was stuck on a fiver a week and i had false arrears.
i had a standard text saved as a template that i used when she was pestering for money. it read something like "i have told you on numerous occasions that i am not prepared to deal with you AND the CSA."
mind you, it did take her 3 years of a fiver a week for her to realise the CSA wasn't the answer.
and before the hens start, i was quite prepared to be amicable and sort it out but she dug her heels in and tried to use the CSA "to destroy me" (her exact words) so EXACTLY who was making our child go without????NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

And as speedster said-the pwc was hellbent on destroying him-if she had not been a biatch and if she had put the needs of the child first instead of grinding her axe, she would have received maintenance-end of.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

yup. just the blinkered pro pwc response you would expect on here. the mere fact that she refused to come to a better deal in itself is proof enough she wasn't acting in our childs best interests.
but i wouldn't expect the wimmin on here to comprehend that fact.....NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Both of the parents, because you were stubborn mules.
