Hi - I submitted 4 receipts last night and they have replied and I am to click the link to view them but I am clicking and getting page cannot be displayed on them all... I have tried my laptop and my pc but get the same message ... is there another way to check their results for my receipts or do I have to go via the link ... thanks

maybe try later? you would have to go via the link though...maybe if you still cant get through phone tescos and see if they can help you

Has the Banrock changed price yet? Just checked on Mysupermarket and the price seems to have changed or maybe its me!

Got a voucher for DTD on a wine yesterday, bought the same wine and it's come back as N/A today so just be careful!

I think once you have had 2/3 lots of DTD back, you are ahead on cost anyway. I have had £50 back so far, so if the future items come back not found, and you are just using the vouchers as payment, then nothing lost.
As far as I can see, the wine is still there, but you will not know for sure until you get your results tomorrow.

Just used my first DTD voucher of £18.62 at Tesco and the staff had never seen one before. Held up the whole queue while they got supervisor over to have a chat over what you were supposed to do with it! They were all 'ooh, that's a big one, and on that little bit of shopping, have Asda got offers on?!' :rotfl:

I just bought some in Tesco for £10.49. Still showing on Tesco.com as this price and Asda.com as £5.00. Fingers crossed it's not changed......

I know some people have said about taking things back if you don't get DTD, but at least wine is one thing you could probably take back without being embarrassed, (as opposed to some chicken fillets)/ I plan on taking the air wick reed thingy back if I don't get DFD, don't see why I won't since it's listed on the price check web site.

If the Banrock isn't showing for you it could be that it is out of stock in your area, if you have entered your postcode on mysupermarket it will hide things that are out of stock in your area, though I don't know how they know, but if you locate it in another supermarket and click the details it will show it in Tesco with an asterisk telling you it is out of stock.

I am still getting page cannot be displayed errors.. I am right in thinking that I click the link on their email which states view your results online(in blue and underlined) and that should direct me to my receipt all checked by them

When I click on the link it comes up with a box which says something like 'attachments, links and content have been blocked for safety, would you like to unblock them?' Could it be something to do with your security settings/pop up blocker?

i think its your pop up blocker just disable it for tesco
