I joined onepoll over a year ago, and still haven't got to half the minimum cashout! Keep trying to answer the surveys and halfway through they tell me i'm not suitable! I did download the iphone app that had a few shorted polls for a while but doesn't update much anymore0

The other survey thingy i do is 'NPolls' on the iphone (its an app). Although its a low payout ($10) there are daily surveys and they are very short. Had a lot of success with them0

I'd actually recommend joining them. After all, there are other sites that take quite a while to reach payout such as New Vista Live (another £50 cheque payout). If you join as many sites as possible, you're always getting a payout from someone or other more regularly, even if payout from each individual site is few and far between.
I am also member at ipsos and valuedopinion and have been getting paid regularly. I have had around £100 in vouchers over the last 12 months. So they are not so bad.
But YouGov is just taking the !!!! to be honest. It's been 0ver 2 years and I am nowhere near seeing any reward. This is surely unethical practice by them and should be questioned.0 -
I am looking to generate extra income to put in the kids savings account and was wondering what the best websites were to use?
I recently signed up to Quidco but this is the only one I am aware of.
Thank you.
Hi
Cashback sites are a great source of a little extra income and I have been cashbacking for years, there is a thread devoted to cashbackers here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2132075
There are a lot of cashback sites some good and some bad if you are interested please PM me and I will recommend someIf you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours0 -
Hi i got around £90 from survey sites in vouchers last year, i'm a member of a few but the main ones the vouchers came from were ipsos, my survey (was lightspeed) and valued opinions (although they now don't always work for me as their website keeps thinking i live abroad! ,but the lovely person i questioned it with did still send me my voucher). If it's for a kids savings account i'd recommend my surveys as they will pay out into paypal, and i think ipsos only do vouchers (not so handy to put in a saving account :rotfl: ) hth0

My Dad is extremely cross with You Gov. He had around £30 in his account and then the next time he looked his balance was nil! He contacted them on a couple of occasions to ask where it had gone and was just told 'your balance is nil.' No explanation, his argument fell on deaf ears, they made him feel like he was imagining the £30. He's 'lost' all that money & wasted so much time doing their surveys. GrrrrMoney, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

Would highly recommend onepoll.com. Although it does take a while to get to the £40 withdrawal all of the surveys are genuine and short and you can refer people in your household as long as you have different PCs and emails. They also pay out promptly. As the previous poster said it may take ages to get the money but its money you didn't have for very little effort!
I have agree with your recommendation, but unfortunately they are impossible to contact. I have written on a number of occasions, but they won't reply. I'm hanging in for my next payment and then I'm going to dump them.0 -

I've also had a problem with the surveys. Last week I was told that the survey was closed, after I had completed over 85% of the survey!
They claim to answer queries within 24 hours, but they just won't answer mine at all now!0 -

I am not surprised to be honest. YouGov seem to be completely devoid of morals. and the worst thing is no one regulates them. They do as they please.
What I find amazing is that people like John Humphries are happy to be associated with them.0
