I am having great difficulty in swallowing these capsules as they seem huge! , is it all right to cut them and just swallow the liquid?

It would be better than nothing, but its not a nice oil! When I had no cuticle oil once I used EP and it smelt pretty horrible. What strength are the capsules? If they are 1000mg it might be worth trying 2x500mg instead - the high dose ones are big!0

I hear you - I hated the size of them too and switched to Starflower oil instead. Same benefits but more concentrated so smaller capsules!0

Some are smaller - I think maybe the Seven Seas ones in a bottle? The ones that are 500mg. Can you look in the tinted bottle and see? I *think* it's the higher dosage that are bigger - maybe ask at a pharmacy.

oops repeated what faithcelia said about size0 -
I used to work in a health shop and this was a really common question.
You can either look at switching to 2 x 500mg, but to keep it MSE, use up the ones you have by taking them out of the bottle about 12 hrs before you want to take them. They should soften and shrink slightly.Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines
