Hmm I wonder if thats partly it. I don't eat much at lunch. I don't exercise except for the bike but haven't done so lately. I like to do exercise bike, heavy digging in garden, yoga and walking. I wil force myself back on slimming world but without using fat free stuff and the syns but just use it as a base to cook and eat healthier.
Milk etc I might look into later as I have allergies so am looking at that for diff reasons.0 -
Rebekah, you don't need to follow anything, Slimming World or any kind of diet, just eat healthily. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg, fresh, natural ingredients, lean protein to fill you up, not too many heavy carbs after lunch-time, and eat regularly to keep your metabolism going. Think of your body as an open fire, if you don't keep on feeding the fire with logs the heat goes and eventually fades. It's the same with your body, food is fuel which is needed to keep your metabolism (the fire) going, if you don't feed it, it starts to shut down, which means you burn less calories, so not eating does you no good.0
