  • I wouldn't panic yet, but i've had the odd thing from the sales in the past and it's very usual for it to take 10 days if not longer for the items to be dispached from the wharehouse. You're looking at a couple more days after that for store delivery but you usually do get email confirmations along the way.

  • Hi all, i havent heard yet either but am going into the city tomorrow so will try and get to the shop and see if my order has arrived, if i do i will off course report back one way or the other.

    I took the order number to my local store to ask for a progress report and they said the number wasn't on the system. They have had my money for 8 days now so was wondering if anyone else has had a dispatch email. Has yaeger done this before or are they always so slow. :mad:

    I haven't received any emails from them apart from the original one when I placed my order a week ago. It doesn't look good if it's not on the system. Did you buy sale stuff?

    Yes I did. Placed 2 orders with different email address and both lots of money taken more than a week ago - then nothing. Bit of a cheek tho to keep our money for a week, think of the interest they get if they did that for everybody.

    I did a sale's order with the voucher & non sale's order also with the voucher code, both went through, and the money taken out, and i have not heard a thing about any of order's I think they are just slow and maybe overwhelmed with the promotion, also i noticed a lot of the sale's stuff is now gone from the site that was there last week,as if it's all sold out,

    I'm just keeping my finger's crossed :D

    Why's this been moved to the 'gone' section? It's still valid on non-sale goods until 6 March.

    Is there anyone who used the code on non-sale goods early last week willing to phone up to see when their goods are likely to be delivered?

    the code is still active until the 6th of March too............If i haven't heard anything by the end of the week, i will call, but it did say it's about 10 working day's to process the order's...

  • We should certainly get a dispatch email this week. There delivery is slow and usually does take the full 10days to arrive we haven't been forgotten about so don't panic girls.
    As I previous posted my full priced order the other week taken the full 10days to arrive.
    For the poster who went into the shop for order I have never done this with jaeger before only home delivery however I should think It won't show on there instore system until it's been dispatched so again I wouldn't worry either.
