I think it means that they have produced X amount of promotional packs. There are 200 Wiis to be won if they receive an entry equalling the full amount of packs produced.

Each entry any of us make = one promotional pack.

They will 'release' a Wii into the prize pot every 200th of the amount of promotional packs produced is entered.

The more people that enter, the more prizes will be allocated. e.g, if they produced 1 million packs and only 100 people enter per day then there will be one prize of a Wii every 50 days. If 1 million were produced and 1,000 people enter every day then there will be one prize of a Wii every 5 days.

(I think that's right)
