Arrow Global Chasing me for a debt with MBNA

Hi, this is my first post here so I hope any mistakes won't get me hung. I have put my questions in bold and underline.
I have been sent a demand for payment and I don't know exactly what to do next or what the outcome might be ...
Arow Global have sent me a demand for £8K for a Virgin Credit Card I used to have. I am told the money is owed to MBNA.
Arrow Global passed the debt to Frederickson International Ltd.
When Frederickson International Ltd contacted me Oct 2010, I sent them a request letter for the original credit agreement. In the letter I asked Frederickson International Ltd to send me a copy of the credit agreement within 1 month, i.e by December and I enclosed a £1 postal order. I got a letter back from Arrow Global after two weeks telling me they were not the creditor, but they would try to get a copy of my credit agreement. Over three months later, Arrow global sent me a copy of the credit agreement with a signed application form and the terms and conditions which appear to have been on the back of the application.
The date of the application is July 2003.
Strangely, they have sent me a second document, with the title Credit Card Agreement, 6 pages in all numbered 2 of 7 through 7 of 7 with the first page, 1 of 7 aparently missing, though with paragraph headings starting at 1 (so I assume it is complete), but this has my Mother's address on it, and not my application form address.
For now I am going with the idea, the Credit Agreement on the back of the application is the one to concentrate on. I am not sure if it conforms to the Prescribed Terms. As it dates to 2003, there is a chance it does not, but what exactly should I check for?
I considered referring this matter to 'money-saver.co.uk'
On their website they claim - 'Prior to April 2007 a number of Credit Agreements were written incorrectly. This may give you the right to cancel your credit card or loan agreement and stop making repayments.'
They say 'For a small refundable fee, your credit card or loan agreement will be assessed to see if it is unenforceable. '
But they do not say how much that fee is.
They say 'all you have to do is answer a few simple questions and return a letter of Authority and fair Trading Statement.'
They say 'we will ask your lender to give us a copy of your agreement'
Does anyone have experience of this company? - 'Moneysaver a trading style of Consortium Reclaims'. Their offer to refund if the debt's enforceable seems fair enough!
So, I am not sure to pass this onto them to evaluate this agreement.
Also, If the debt is enforceable, (as I own my own home), can Arrow Global or any other debt agent of MBNA make me Bankrupt and force me to sell my home? (as I earn a low wage these days and can't afford to pay)
Is it an option for me to start dealing directly with MBNA instead of Arrow Global?
Why did Arrow Global appoint Frederickson International to contact me?
I'd really appreciate any helpful advice as I don't think I have long before they start legal action.
Thank you.
