Quark cheesecake

Can anyone point me in the direction of a baked cheesecake recipe which uses quark, or indeed suggest anything I can do with two large (250g) tubs of Quark, which I bought because it was Slimming World Free food, and which I have now found out tastes rank on its own! The use by date is 18th November so I will have to make something today. I also have a carton of Buttermilk which was out of date yesterday but I think it will be okay if I use it today, and a carton of sour cream. Any suggestions gratefully received. I may make a cheesecake and then freeze it for Christmas if I can find a recipe which uses what I have. I also have no digestive biscuits so will need to make a cake base.
