i don't know who creation are, but I had 2 CC debts that went to 2 different debt companies and i just settled them both F and F for around half the debt. I had been paying both a nominal sum, £10 and £20 monthly for over a year, so they won't not do it just because you are paying them monthly. But with them being debt companies it was quite easy to negotiate - I am not getting the same response from my CCs actually still with the CC companies!!! Good luck

I'm surprised I wasn't passed onto debt collection. I missed a payment once and under paid on so many occasions in my worst situation. It's taken a year to get it back on track.

unfortunately my partner's nan died. It's awful, but her death is going to help us. He has offered to use some of the money to pay off some of my debts.

    That's sad.
Is the money enough to pay off both accounts in full?

Creation Financial Services - they offer credit cards now I think but my accounts are a Duet card and a Faith card. Used to be able to use it in quite a few places. Cut them up nearly 2.5 years ago when I didn't need them and then finances took a turn for the worst. They don't appear to be the most helpful company.

Thanks CH27, It will be enough to pay off in full but I thought I would try and see how far I can make £3k go.

To be fair you owe the money so should pay it off in full but I don't blame you for trying your luck:D
