Three phone credit appeals.

I have just had '3' refuse to issue me a phone, due to bad credit.

Is there any way to appeal this?
Anyone had success?

Hiya.

As far as I am aware, Any company can pick and choose who they accept or decline. They won't normally tell you the exact reason why - just the general 'you didn't pass the credit check'.

I believe you can write to them to ask them to reconsider your application, however apart from that there is nothing you can do

If you are not aware of any problems with your credit - I'd suggest getting a copy of your credit report to check it for anything unexpected.

Of course I know why I was refused, that's not quite what I asked.
I'm quite aware my credit history is poor, I was wondering if anyone in a similar position had managed to get them to reconsider.

The contract rates for data (even on a rolling 1-month contract) are so enormously better than the PAYG.
