A Question about Iceland Bombay Potatoes

Tonight we went shopping in Iceland, and my boyfriend picked up what he thought was Chicken Saag Masala. Well that's what the cardboard sleeve said, anyway. Got it home and he went to cook it, but what was actually inside the plastic tray was Bombay Potatoes!
Don't want to waste it, so just wondering if anyone has this product in their freezer? If so could you tell us the cooking times for microwaving please? LOL
Thanks!

If youve got facebook, like the iceland page and you can ask questions there. Someone should be able to answer and who knows, they might send you something for the inconvenience. HTH

This happened to me in Sainsburys, bought a 'reduced' turkey joint type thing, was only about £1.50, put it in freezer, got it out week later or so and removed the sleeve, it was 2 separate trays with chicken covered in sauce with olives on! I was looking forward to having a mini roast and that was annoying!
Rule now: always check it's the same product in the tray, cause some cheapskate has switched them around to get a few quid off!0 -
This aprrantly happens alot in shops, people switch the sleeves between cheaper and more expensive items to get the food cheaper.
I nearly bought a Finest Meal from Tesco, but as I have a habbit of sliding the item out of the sleeve to look at it, I noticed it was 2 containers of potato, rather than one potato and one meat. Rather than let someone else buy it I went to a SA. She said people do it all the time.
Theft in my eyes and dam annoying of you get the package that contains a different product to the one you thought you bought.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100 -
It's already cooked so just needs reheating. 2-3 minutes should do it0

Thanks everyone for your replies

I e-mailed customer services via the Iceland website, and recieved a reply yesterday morning. They are sending me some vouchers out as a gesture of goodwill! :jWins 2013: Stella Cidre Chalice, Pack of Berol fabric pens, Comfort Umbrella, £50 cash, Warburtons brad and picnic hamper :j0
