What would you recommend is the best way to learn?

    Find a course?
    Buy a book?
    Book from libray?
Or are there any good free on line sites you can recommend?

    Thank you.
  • If you google "Freelance" there are loads of sites to choose from. Although my brother used to do this but he found that it was too competetive and he found it wasn't worth his time in the end. But it's wrth looking into if you have the spare time.

Thanks, sites to build free of charge websites?
  • No he is a computer programmer and so built his from scratch. But if you wanted to build sites for free you can use Webs or Wix, I am not sure people would pay for sites created using these though, they don't look too professional. But I have created a simple site using Webs for my own hobby and making a bit off pocket money. It is good for affiliate marketing, but as I say, it's not the most professional looking site. It can be addictive though if you get into it.

Thanks. Any recommendations on the best method of learning, book, trial and error, online?
  • umm i dont know. i learnt myself by trail and error using notepad. Try getting templates of basic html sites and figure out whats going on and having a play. I then also learnt more depth stuff at Uni so depends on how far you want to go. There might be a few books but making websites really work by having practice and just trying it more than anything ;)
