Print your own sticky gift labels...

Being the crafty type that makes all my own greetings cards, etc, I don't know why I hadn't thought of ever printing my own sticky labels for gifts...

Whilst browsing the Microsoft templates gallery http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/templates/FX100595491033.aspx?pid=CL100632981033 (type 'gift' into the search box) I came across templates for gift labels!

Think I'll be printing a few sheets of those, will save me buying the usual box of 50 and I can even change the clipart pictures to my own taste.

Honestly, sometimes you don't see the obvious even when it's right in front of you!

some of those look nice. For all my bottles of sloe gin I used the label facility on publisher with a nice little holly border. But these will be nice for other things. Think I shall have to sneak into work early and use their printer!!
  • thanks - I have some avery sticky labels left over from another job I did so I can use them for this :D

I've done this before and it's a great way to personalise your gift tags. I did loads from Santa and Rudolph to stop the hand ache from writing the tags out :rotfl:

If you haven't got any labels, Card Warehouse are selling 120 sticky labels with different designs for £1. They're good quality and not naff.
