I had one that looked as though it had been stamped on - the box was completely crushed. It could have happened in the post but the jiffy bag was immaculate, so I doubt it. The disc looks ok so i'm not going to complain, particularly as it was only a couple of pounds, but I won't order from them again.0

Hubby ordered a dozen or more and, so far, all have been fine. I ordered 2, one was perfectly packaged and sealed so don't think it was a used one. The other was a set of James Stewart DVDs and the wrong set was sent, again this was a sealed pack. I spoke to CS and, with no hesitation, she said to return it and she'd send the correct set and refund the cost of the postage.0

I found this thread to say a similar thing. I've just been sorting through my dvd's and looked through my purchases from here. All 5 I ordered had slight scratches, dust and fingerprints on the discs and 3 of them had been resealed. I'm hoping that they all play properly!has anybody else had any problems with the condition their items have arrived in? I'm disgusted!!
I know they were bargain prices but I don't remember seeing anywhere that items were second hand, and I bought one as a present for my mum! URGH. one dvd (america's sweethearts) came unsealed and marked, so I opened it to find the disc covered in stains where it has clearly been played multiple times and looks potentially damaged.
another 2 are filthy, colouring on dvd sleeve images is faded and turns out they've actually just been re-sealed! not new at all, marks on one disc but not the other.
thankfully the cd is fine, but I'm pretty annoyed. Feel a bit cheap moaning about it when I paid next to nothing, but I'm wondering if it would have been better not getting them at all.

I too hunted out this thread to say my DVDs have just been delivered and one dvd case looks like its been stamped on and is broken, it was the middle one of 2 unblemished DVDS so extremely unlikely to have happened in the post - it was also only packaged in a bag rather than shrink wrapped, and on opening it is badly scratched and it looks like its a pirated DVD! very blurred and badly printed disc top and a purpley colour underneath
anyone know what my next step should be?0
