name wrong on my mortgage??

I have a question about my mortgage hope some one can help??

I have a mortgage and iv noticed they the name on it is not mine well its spelt wrong only the sir name is this a legal document if not where do I stand??

you need to get this sorted out. contact your mortgage company immediately
