I'm getting so angry with the CSA - please help

Even though I worked for them, I suffered at the hands of some case workers who could not see that some NRPs just won't cooperate. My case had to be started again so many times due to the amount of time elapsing between each action being too long to rely on it. That is despite numerous complaints etc. It was only when it got sent to the Dudley office when the enforcement team there worked on it that any action really got going. I have nothing but praise for the lady who dealt with my case there - she was fantastic. All other staff (all at Hastings) just would not get their fingers out and do what they had to do - it was so infuriating!0

I've emailed my MP this PM; after sitting thinking about even more time elapsing before getting dad of the year to reach in his pocket for his daughter, I decided I'm going to jump ahead of the game and email the MP and see if I can get him onboard; after all realistically I've been waiting nearly 7 months for them to do something.. I will update once I hear from MP.0 -
I would now also write a formal letter of complaint to the CSA Complaints Team, outlining every detail in your case so far, and where their actions have fallen short of expectations and/or reasonable progression. At the end of your letter tell them that out of frustration, you have now sought advice from 'Joe Bloggs' MP for (wherever the constituency is) in the hope that some action can now be taken to secure regular payments from your ex.
I did this, and my MP emailed back with a 'we have asked the CSA to do a full case review' - the CSA Complaints Team have dealt with it swiftly now on the back of receiving my letter, knowing the MP will be keeping a close watch on their progress.Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

I got an email reply from my MP's office yesterday to say they have contacted the CSA and will update me as soon as they hear from them.. was pleasantly surprised how quickly they dealt with it; so fingers crossed, they may be able to get somewhere.
I did email the complaints team of the CSA last week saying I was going to get my MP involved if I didn't hear from them and all I received was the standard 'we have received your email' blah blah blah so they were notified!
I will update as soon as I hear back from my MP's office.0
