Can my entire years annual leave be taken from me?

    Just wanted to update you all.

    Had another meeting with my managers and after discussing the points mentioned in this thread they have now decided that as I had booked and intended to take my annual leave but was unable to they are willing to carry it all over for me (thank you Ms Merino Gomez for helping out all us ladies on maternity leave).

    Thank you all for your help. I can now look forward to spending another month at home looking after my beautiful baby.
