This post is for a friend he went bankrupt in March 2010,he got an early discharge, he is in a income payment order for 3 years, He's self employed and this year his tax refund had been paid over to the OR. Now does this continue for three years or just the first year of his bankruptcy like the NT coding for paye people. Any help would be appreciated.

Not 100% but thing it is only for the year of BR BUT if he is on an IPA then he will have to tell the OR of the refund and he will most likely have to give a % to the OR. Might be worth a phone call to National Debtline or the IS (no.'s in my sig.)BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
