Hi, im new here, I decided i had to do something about my finances a year ago, however I owe a little more now than i did a year ago. Ive been payig £35 a month to kensingtons and im on a dmp with them. I feel so angry with myself getting in such a mess, however thanks to martin and you guys ive heard i can go on a free DMP which i am arranging, Ive got a part time job now, not alot but good for me as I hadnot been very well. Ive heard i can post my finances on here and spending for some advise, so will be dong that soon, i still get sleepless nights but feel happy at least not to have to pay someone who happily takes advantage of my weakness 1, being money, anyway any advice very welcome guys, as you may notice by the time another sleepless night, thanks guys x

As CH27 suggests post a Statement of Affairs detailing all your income and expenditure, debts, interest rates, monthly payments etc: http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html
Who are you now contacting about your DMP, or are you doing it yourself? If you've not contacted anyone yet, try CCCS, Payplan CAB, or phone the National debtline for furhter advice.
Do not pay for a DMP - if you go through one of the charities, they will not charge you, and all the money that you pay towwards the DMP goes towards your debt.0
