You should be able to find cheap copies of the Fit for Life Cook Book and Quantum Carrot.

Please enlighten me on raw spaghetti? DS eats it raw  but I keep telling him it's no good for him. Am I wrong?

  • It's 'spaghetti' made by spiralizing or just very thinly slicing raw vegetables such as courgette. Or it could be kelp noodles.

I've read Ani's Raw Food Kitchen and Ani's Raw Food Essentials and they're quite good. Also, Rawvolution was ok but not the greatest. I've always liked the look of Kristen Suzanne's books as they recipes on her blog are always rather fabulous. In fact, maybe try her first.
  • Our local library has quite a few books on raw food recipes. It would maybe be worth a browse in there to see what they have. The downside being that often they are at different library locations and have to be ordered, but it would give you an idea of what was worth buying and not.
