Hi all,
I'm starting my arise training on tuesday and forgot i had to buy a new headset.
Which one is good, and the cheapest as im strapped for cash
It has to be a Voip headset.
Thanks in advance

Does anyone use a wireless headset with a normal landline phone-or is this even possible, I do telemarketing from home and have a wired headset but looking for something inexpensive whereby I can have the freedom of cold calling whilst walking around.
Is there many more telemarketers on these forums that work from home? If so what projects you work on?0 -
Any of these at Argos will suffice for the virtual classrooms, provided you have an inbuilt microphone & headphone port on your PC.

I got the £7.99 Phillips one and it's fine.

I work for Optimum Contact at times, and also use a wired headset. You can buy wireless headsets such as those here;

but as you can see the cheapest is over £100! I have tried eBay etc and still looking!

Tesco, ASDA, they all do "VoIP" headsets relatively cheap. The trick is to look at the two jacks that you plug into your computer soundcard. Although not all of them do, if you see a green moulded plug and a pink moulded plug then you are 99.999999999999% assured that it will be compatible with any VoIP software.
Green=Headphones; Pink=Microphone
You could also do it with a USB headset/microphone, but that may need additional setting up.Signaller, author, father, carer.0 -
