Purple tint to hair after trip to hairdresser

Hi, I'd welcome advice as I am not feeling like myself this evening, after a trip to the hairdresser.
For the first time I had my hair dyed with semi-permanant Wella colour.
Before the process, the hairdresser and I found the one that looked most like my natural mouse brown colour, to cover a few bits of grey coming through.
The result is really dark with a purple tinge.
I let the hairdresser know it was darker than I had expected but I was polite about it and tipped her.
Now I've had a good look I really don't want to look like this for any longer than I have to.
Should I wait til tomorrow and ask the salon if they can remove it for me, or take a trip to Tesco tonight and try some Head and Shoulders/ Vosene?

Phone the heairdressers in the morning, thats only happened to me once and I called first thing and went back in and had it re done as i hated it .... best to be honest and you'll have paid a fair bit so no point if you hate it

i dont mean this horrible but the hair dressers may stand ground and make you pay for a strip and colour under the grounds that you said you was happy with it before leaving the salon.0

Any hairdresser should be happy to sort out a problem like this if you call them after leaving. A lot of people just nod and say they are happy when things go wrong, they will understand and help you to fix it until you are happy. Their reputation and word of mouth is worth much more than the cost of a free colour.0

"should" but not all - OP should be prepared just in case
(hopefully - like you say - They'll be nice about it) 0
