The "correction" is over. The last time silver was here, the 10 Year was at 12.45%, the 2s10s was inverted -210 bps, and gold was $600.

As an investor, you know that any kind of investment opportunity has its risks, and investing in Stocks or Precious Metals is highly speculative. All of the content I post is for informational purposes only.

..and to think there are still some dimwits out there who actually believe there is a huge conspiracy to keep the price low 'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
Talking of silver and all that kinda stuff, I heard of someone collecting up old copper coins, the ones that had real copper in them. Apparently worth twice the face value, and you can make an instant 100%.
Not that I really understood it, as you can't melt them down as it's illegal. Someone on youtube apparently had a few tons of the things!
Having said that, if theres a way around the melting thing, I might be quite inclined to do it myself

Copper is the new gold.
Or is it gold is the old copper?

It's a nominal high, is that right?
So if you held silver for the past 31 years you'd have lost inflation. Inflation in 1980 alone was about 18%.
Doesn't seem like a very good long term store of value. No dividends to mitigate the losses either.0 -
The last time silver was here
It took investors a mere 31 years to get their money back in nominal terms.
Now there's just the inflation adjustment to go..... Which ain't gonna happen unless a new set of Hunt's come on the scene.;)“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
