Best Fixed Rate Available?

Hi to all the experts.

Hope someone can help.We are looking to remortgage soon.What is the best fixed rate out there at the moment? Looking for 5 years +.Any help would be most appreciated.

    Who is your current lender...suprise suprise First Direct !!!! 6% variable at the moment (but offered 5.5% fixed for 3 years).

    You can currently get 10 year fixed rates from 4.98% upwards - that also includes shoter fixed rates i.e. 5 years upwards

    These inlcude free legals and free valuations

    If you are looking to re-mortgage I would say to take the chance now to apply as several lenders are already putting up some of their fixed rates
