There is apparently also a promotional code shown in the advert, which can be used online to claim a 'free' soap (worth £4) if you pay £1.99 p&p. Details here:

My soap arrived today - it's not much to look at but does smell lovely. I've popped a bit of tissue paper in the bag so it's a cute little package...My Sis will love it
