I also won some I can't use. Didn't realise it was an all day event starting in the morning, and I can't afford to travel and stay overnight the night before.

I won tickets and went today. It was brilliant! Paul McKenna was very entertaining and his rules are simple but effective (hopefully!).
They even gave eveyone a box of CDs and a journal to take home as a follow up.
When I got home my husband had just bought some fish and chips so I had to eat them(!), but everything is allowed in moderation.

My problem is a sweet tooth too!

Here's an example of one of his techniques:

Unless you want to give something up completely, you can still eat it, but chew all your food at least 20 times, and concentrate on it while you are eating. Don't just swallow a whole box of chocolates in front of the TV without realising!

There is other information on the internet.

    I hope this helps.

I agree that it was a brilliant day. (I won tickets too). Lots of laughs and great techniques to use. I just hope that it works.

I won too and took one of my sisters - we really enjoyed the day
I think we were in the same pub as that poor woman who didn't get any lunch - I chased our lunch up after half an hour and we eventually got it :)

One question - when I went through the 5 CDs, I've got:
    - Craving Buster
    - Exercise Made Easy
    - The Secrets of Naturally Thin People
    - Overcome Emotional eating - I've got 2 of these.....

So, I'm missing one CD - not sure which one yet but hopefully I can copy my sister's CD

Is anyone out there missing the Emotional Eating one, and by a huge stroke of luck have an extra one of the CD I'm missing? ;)
