  • trust me, being organised is way more valuable than some tesco vouchers!
  • Thankyou! I had unclaimed vouchers Yup! Although I had 5 accounts with them!! I had a very very long convo with a welsh man on that 0800 number that sounded completely edible! Hot flush over.... :):):)

there has to be a problem with the tesco system here....i guess vouchers do get lost sometimes and this way people can reclaim them back.

a few months back i noticed that i had £3 worth of 'unused vouchers'. but i 100% remember using them instore; in fact, i checked my receipts from the prevous week and the deduction was printed at the bottom. so no real arguments there. phoned them up again and i got 300 points added to my next statement!

other people have reported similar stories on mse, i.e. they were sure they had used their vouchers, managed to get them reissued etc.

    ????

anyway, i'm not complaining. :) thought i'd share just in case some of you were questioning your own memory....

I checked mine a week or so ago & found we had a fiver that we must've lost the paper voucher for and which was nearing its 2 year expiry so we managed to make a first online order using that and the £10 off £50 spend on first order so we got our £15 valentines dine in meal on monday out of it all for free :j
